Northern Italy vs. Southern Italy. Each Demonstration Class includes recipies, wines, and small plates of the featured dishes.
March 14, we will focus on the SOUTHERN regions of Italy Compania and Neopolitan with such dishes as Pizza Marghuerita using a Hearty Red Sause from Neopolitan and then a touch on the Feast of the Seven-Fishes Dinner (we will do one course). One cannot miss the tasty finish of Mixed Berries with Mascarpone and Miloncello Cream.
March 21, we will focus on the NORTHERN regions of Italy Valle d’Aosta, Lombardy and Venetia with such dishes as Asparagus and Fontina in a Pastry Crust, Risotto Funghi Porcini with White Truffle Oil and, of coures, the finish with Blood Orange Upside Down Cake.
